Dates, fees, programme details, publication outcomes and other conference information are subject to official updates by the organizing committee.

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and rights associated with materials they submit.

A paper must not be described as published, indexed or assigned a DOI until that status has actually been confirmed.

Formal conference terms, cancellation/refund policy and publication ethics policy should be approved before the management system is activated.
